7. in July 1992, Wuzhou Liangguo Candied Fruit Factory and Wuzhou Huimin Food Factory combined to establish "Wuzhou Stack Peak Comprehensive Food General Factory". In fact, under the framework of "Wuzhou Diefeng Comprehensive Food General Factory", Wuzhou Liangguo candied Fruit Factory and Wuzhou Huimin Food Factory are still independent enterprises, operating independently and responsible for their own profits and losses, and all financial and assets are independent.

8. 1993, this loose business structure ended, and the previously established "Party Branch Committee of Wuzhou Diefeng Comprehensive Food General Factory" was also abolished on October 17, 1996.

9. 1996, "Wuzhou Liangguo candied fruit factory" and "Wuzhou Guangming Food General Factory" merged to establish "Guangxi Wuzhou Feihong Food Industry Co., Ltd".

10. August 1, 1998 "Guangxi Wuzhou Feihong Food Industry Co., Ltd." re-divided into two enterprises. The original "Wuzhou Guangming Food General Factory" continued to use the name "Guangxi Wuzhou Feihong Food Industry Co., Ltd.", and the original "Wuzhou Liangguo Candied Fruit Factory" was reorganized into "Guangxi Lehaha Food Industry Co., Ltd".

11. In 2005, "Guangxi Wuzhou Lehaha Food Industry Co., Ltd." was restructured into a private enterprise.
