In July 1994, due to outstanding performance, in the process of open recruitment of cadres in the factory, he was appointed as the deputy director of the maltose workshop and the technical guide of maltose production.

In June 1995, he was officially appointed as the director of maltose workshop and maltose process instructor. Fully preside over the production and technical guidance of maltose workshop, and strengthen the standardized implementation of the traditional production process of maltose in Wuzhou.

In March 1996, he was appointed as the technical section chief and quality control section chief of Guangxi Wuzhou Liangguo candied fruit factory. He was responsible for the technical development of the whole factory, as well as the construction and operation of the quality control system. In June 1997, he was appointed as the deputy manager of the marketing department, responsible for the market expansion and sales maintenance of bee brand maltose, rock sugar, brown sugar, etc. in Northeast and North China.

In 1998, with the approval of Wuzhou Town Collective Industry Association, the original "Wuzhou Liangguo Candied Fruit Factory" was reorganized into "Guangxi Lehaha Food Industry Co., Ltd." and the bee brand trademark and bee brand maltose packaging of the original Wuzhou Liangguo Candied Fruit Factory are still in use today.
